State key projects and construction of works
Rocket-carrying type computer developed and manufactured by the East-China Computer Technique Institute,achieving successively the tasks of "Fenyun No.2" meteorological satellite launched by the "Long March No.3" carrying rocket, the "China Resource No.2" satellite and "Asia-Pacific No. 1" satellite both launched by the "Long March No.4 (B) rocket".
The" Yuanwang 4"space tracking ship designed by the Marine Design & Research Institute of China participating in the launching test of the "Shenzhou" spaceship.
The brushless motor assembly used for spreading the satellite antenna made by the
Shanghai Micro-motor Research Institute which successfully spreaded the said antenna.
The China Ship Scientific Research Center, Shanghai Branch assumed the task of the
general design and organization of manufacturing the l000m cableless automatic
underwater robot and provided necessary detecting measures for achieving the detailed survey work designated by the United Nations for the manganese nodule at the bottom of Pacific Ocean of China.
The Shanghai Institute of Laser Plasma is engaged in the project of manufacturing the "Shen Zhou X ray" laser experiment device.
The"Hydraulic switching motor for large and medium-sized water- power hydro projects" and the "Hydraulic system of permanent ship gate and water gate" made by the Shanghai Marine Equipment Research Institute have been applied in the project of "Yangtze River Three Gorges" of China.
Shanghai Research Institute of Materials assumed the on-line inspection project of
material behavior of No. 1 Generator set of the project of "Three Gorges"
